The start of Finovion Soest

With the founding of Finovion Soest, we took the first step in our mission: supporting entrepreneurs with reliable financial services. From day one, our focus has been on building strong relationships and delivering quality.

A growing problem that needed a solution

Two years later, we faced a problem that affects many businesses: a shortage of qualified staff. This put pressure on our services, and we realized that we needed to find a way to continue supporting our clients.

An innovative idea from a family connection

Finding a solution

Instead of struggling with the challenge, we actively searched for a solution. My son came up with the idea to train people in Indonesia through one of his connections. This innovative idea opened up new possibilities to train administrative staff and overcome the staff shortage, while maintaining our high standards of service.

After extensive research and setting up a training program in Indonesia, we found a sustainable solution. We developed an innovative approach to optimize administrative processes with the help of technology and a motivated team of professionals in Indonesia.
