Junior Administrative Assistant
As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you support our financial processes by processing and automating invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable. You keep the administration accurate and assist with performing reconciliations. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn how to work with Exact Online and deepen your knowledge of Dutch tax laws. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to further develop their skills in financial administration.
Senior Administrative Assistant
In the role of Senior Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for handling more complex administrative tasks. You manage the entire invoicing process and work on optimizing automation processes. Additionally, you support strategic financial reporting and tax matters for our Dutch clients. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure that financial administration is always accurate and up-to-date. This position offers greater independence and requires experience in managing financial processes.
Junior Reporting Specialist
As a Junior Reporting Specialist, you assist in preparing quarterly and annual closings and contribute to creating financial reports. You support internal audits and ensure accuracy in the financial administration. You work closely with the team to ensure complete and timely reporting for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your knowledge of reporting and audit processes, with guidance and support as needed.
